Senior Pastor Full Time

Lake Shore Baptist Church, established in the early 1950’s and located in Pasadena, MD, is prayerfully seeking the man that God is calling to lead our church. With Family Worship Services at 8:30AM and 11:00AM, and Bible Fellowship Classes at 9:45AM, Lake Shore Baptist values biblically faithful preaching, heartfelt worship, and community engagement.

The next Senior Pastor called to lead our growing congregation of  around 250 Christ followers must demonstrate the Biblical qualifications of a pastor as it is outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1 – 7 and Titus 1:5 – 10 and have a clear understanding of their call to Christian ministry. This person must also display unquestionable Christian character and live a lifestyle in accordance with our statement of faith (The Baptist Faith & Message, 2000)

Qualified candidates must be a citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States and be able to preach, teach, and converse clearly and fluently in English. They must also have three or more years of experience serving in church ministries. A Master’s degree from seminary is preferred, as well as at least three years of pastoral experience.
