Youth Director Full Time

The Youth Director is responsible for providing spiritual leadership and oversight for a Christ-centered ministry serving students in grades 6–12, helping them grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and become active participants in the life of the church. This full-time role develops and leads biblically grounded teaching, discipleship, outreach, and fellowship opportunities consistent with Southern Baptist doctrine and values. The Youth Director builds meaningful relationships with students and families, recruits and equips volunteers, coordinates youth events and mission opportunities, manages ministry communications and administration, and works collaboratively with church staff and leadership. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong personal faith, a commitment to Southern Baptist beliefs, experience in youth ministry, and the leadership, relational, and organizational skills necessary to effectively disciple and mentor young people.

Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 (Compensation is negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and overall fit)
