ABOUT US

Landmark Baptist Church is located in Greenville, NC., home of East Carolina University. We are a small independent baptist church, currently cooperating with the SBC. We are prayerfully seeking a Pastor to lead our congregation in spiritual growth and service.

Our purpose is to exist to worship, glorify God, evangelize, disciple, service and fellowship.

We hold regular Sunday AM worship services and Sunday School, and offer Wednesday night Bible study.

POSITION

We are looking for a spirit-filled, compassionate, and committed servant leader who will:

• Preach and teach the full Word of God
• Lead worship services and Bible study
• Oversee outreach, spiritual development and education of the congregation
• Provide pastoral care and counseling
• Be available for church related activities such as; weddings, funeral, baptisms and other ministry as required 

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Fulfill Biblical qualities of a pastor as described in 1 Timothy 3:1-7
• Educational level of Bible College or above
• Prefer someone with 5 or more years of experience in Pastoral and/or Church ministry
• Strong biblical knowledge and preaching skills
• A passion for ministry and a heart for people
