LEAD PASTOR

Discovery Fellowship Church – Fort Collins, CO

Discovery Fellowship Church is seeking a Lead Pastor to shepherd our congregation and lead us in fulfilling Christ’s mission. We are a Biblically grounded, gospel-centered church committed to the authority of Scripture, the sovereignty of God, and making disciples of Jesus Christ. The Lead Pastor will provide Christ-centered leadership through faithful, expository preaching; loving pastoral care; and intentional discipleship. He will equip the church for ministry, oversee and encourage staff and leaders, and serve as an elder among elders with humility, doctrinal clarity, and relational warmth.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a shepherd’s heart, strong Biblical teaching, and the ability to lead, organize, and inspire both staff and volunteers. He must meet the Biblical qualifications of an elder (1 Timothy 3; Titus 1) and be an ordained minister with at least five (5) years of pastoral experience. A bachelor’s degree is required; seminary training is strongly preferred.

Salary/Range: $85,000- $110,000, depending on experience and education.
