We, the congregation of LifeWay Baptist Church in Santa Paula, California, seek a passionate Christ-centered senior pastor to help lead us into our next season of ministry. Our church consists of our English congregation and our Spanish Ministry. We currently have a part-time assistant pastor who leads the Spanish congregation. We are an independent church, partnering with the Southern Baptist Convention and aligning with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. We aim to expand our church’s reach within the Santa Paula community and its surrounding areas. We are a community-focused, debt-free church seeking a strong leader, gifted communicator, and compassionate shepherd. We value strong biblical teaching, excellent pastoral care, community engagement, vision for growth, and the ability to lead a team.
