Bivocational Pastor / Lincoln Heights Baptist Church, Mansfield Ohio

We at Lincoln Heights Baptist Church (LHBC) are seeking a bivocational pastor, one who is a faithful shepherd, a gifted teacher, and who leads with compassion. The ideal candidate MUST believe in the inerrancy of Scripture and be willing to participate in the SBC, SCBO, and our local association. He must be able to prioritize pastoral care, biblical teaching, and assist us in reaching out and connecting with our community. We have a strong foundation of believers in Christ. Our church family is rooted in tradition, but we recognize the need to grow, especially in reaching our younger generations and strengthening our community outreach programs.
