Pastor Part Time

Little Flat Creek Baptist Church is seeking a Pastor. This is a paid position and we are looking  for the leader whom God will send to guide us through a revitalization process. Our church has a long-standing history in the Corryton Community of East Tennessee, where we have been worshiping Christ, serving the community, and making disciples since 1797.
Recently, we have faced challenges and are now eager to look to the future, seeking God’s guidance for revitalizing our church. Our mission is to impact our community with the gospel of Jesus Christ, reaching individuals and families of all ages.
To fulfill this mission, we are praying for a Pastor who is hardworking, relatable to families, and has the energy to lead our revitalization efforts. The ideal candidate will be between 20-40 years old, hold a degree in ministry, and have at least 2-3 years of experience in a church setting. We are seeking someone willing to minister to our older congregation and actively invest in the community to attract new families, younger families, and those who are unchurched.
We understand that change is necessary, and we are ready for God to send us a leader who will help us navigate this journey of transformation and revitalization.
