Living Hope Church (LHC) is seeking a Spirit-led, team-minded Next Generation Pastor who will invest deeply in the development and discipleship of our children, youth, and college ministry leaders. This role is central to our mission of raising up future generations with genuine devotion, authentic excellence, and relentless multiplication. The ideal candidate demonstrates both servant leadership and a continual learner’s heart.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee, support, and develop the leadership teams for:
Children’s Ministry
Youth Ministry
College Ministry
Additional responsibilities include:
Identify, disciple, and empower young leaders across ministries.
Collaborate closely with the Lead Pastor in preaching, teaching, and ministry strategy.
Provide pastoral care and spiritual shepherding for leaders and students.
Support and align all ministries under LHC’s leadership structure and vision.
Ensure ministries are effective, aligned with church values, and consistently reviewed.
Model and promote consistent spiritual disciplines and a lifestyle of prayer.

Qualifications:
A clear calling to next-generation ministry.
Proven leadership experience with children, youth, or college-age ministries.
Strong biblical foundation and theological training (degree preferred but not required).
Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
A shepherd’s heart with a passion for discipleship and kingdom impact.
Willingness to submit to the vision and leadership of LHC.
A posture of servant leadership and a desire to continually grow and learn.
Evaluations & Growth:
Quarterly Evaluations: Regular check-ins with the Lead Pastor to assess ministry health, leadership development, and personal growth.
Annual Review: A comprehensive yearly evaluation to set new goals, celebrate wins, and identify growth areas.
Goal-Based Incentive: Staff members are eligible for performance-based incentives tied to the achievement of ministry goals, leadership development benchmarks, and alignment with church-wide initiatives.
Compensation:
Starting salary: $45,000–$60,000, based on experience and education.
