Part – time Worship Leader Wanted at Main Street Baptist- Farmington AR
Are you a passionate and talented musician with a heart for worship? Main Street Baptist
Church is seeking a Christian Worship Leader, on a part-time basis, to join our community and
lead us in heartfelt worship.
Main Street Baptist functions as a New Testament Church. Our small, friendly church is in
Farmington, Arkansas which borders Fayetteville, Arkansas and only 10 minutes from the
University of Arkansas. Our body of believers is positioned for great impact for Christ in our
community.
**Responsibilities:**
– Plan and lead weekly worship services, including song selection and musical arrangements.
– Willingness to work with a blend of hymns and contemporary songs.
– Collaborate with the pastor and small worship team to create meaningful worship experiences.
– Recruit and work with members of the worship team.
– Foster a spirit of unity and encouragement within the worship team and congregation.
– Participate in special services and events throughout the year.
**Qualifications:**
– A strong personal faith and a desire to lead others in worship.
– Ability to play an instrument and sing.
– Experience in leading worship, preferably in a church setting.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– A heart for community and a willingness to serve.
