Student Pastor Full Time

Student Pastor Duties and Responsibilities
     Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive youth and children’s ministry programming, including weekly meetings, retreats, and service projects
     Lead and teach youth group meetings and Bible studies
     Mentor and disciple young people
     Work with parents and other adults to ensure youth are involved in healthy and meaningful activities
     Provide pastoral care and support to youth and their families
     Create and maintain relationships with outside organizations and individuals to facilitate programs
     Develop and manage the youth ministry budget
Youth Pastor Requirements and Qualifications
     Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or related field
     Minimum 2 years of experience in youth ministry preferred
     A deep knowledge of the Bible and Christian theology
     Able to effectively communicate with young people, adults, and families
     Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
     A passion for helping young people grow in their faith
