Pastor Part Time

We are a multigenerational Southern Baptist congregation of approximately 100 believers. We love the Word of God, cherish our church family, and are seeking a faithful under-shepherd to lead us into our next season of gospel ministry.

Core Qualifications & Responsibilities

In alignment with the biblical blueprint of Mark 3:13-15, we are seeking a pastor who prioritizes his personal walk with Jesus (“that they might be with him”) and is committed to equipping our church members for ministry (“send them out”).

Qualifications: Must meet the scriptural standards of 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9. A seminary degree is not required. We value proven character, a shepherd’s heart, and a love for the local church above formal credentials.
Theology: Theological alignment with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
Preaching: Deliver faithful, Christ-centered, biblical sermons.
Discipleship: Move our congregation from passive attendance into active discipleship.
Shepherding: Care well for our flock of 100 through personal relationships and prayer.
Bi-Vocational Flexibility: We are open to candidates seeking a bi-vocational arrangement and will work to accommodate outside work schedules.
