Job Title: Associate Pastor
Job Description:
Mililani Baptist Church is seeking a passionate Associate/Youth Pastor to serve alongside our
Lead Pastor in Hawaii. This role is ideal for a young leader eager to grow in ministry, develop
pastoral skills, and invest in a Christ-centered community. Candidates should have a strong love
for Jesus, a heart for people, and a willingness to embrace both the challenges and blessings of
life in Hawaii.
Responsibilities:
Include administrative and technology support, leadership development, pastoral care, and
assisting in ministry programs, with an emphasis on youth ministry.
Minimum Qualifications:
 A committed follower of Jesus Christ who adheres to the Baptist Faith and Message
2000, the Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy, and the Nashville Statement on
Biblical Manhood and Womanhood.
 Meets the Biblical qualifications for an overseer/elder as outlined in 1 Timothy 3 and
Titus 2.
 Bachelor’s degree in Bible, theology, or a related field (preferred).
 Minimum 2-5 years of ministry experience, preferably in youth or associate pastoral roles
(volunteer experience will be considered).
