Executive Director-Treasurer MS Women’s Ministry/WMU Full Time

Mississippi Women’s Ministries/Woman’s Missionary Union is prayerfully seeking an Executive Director–Treasurer to provide statewide vision, strategic leadership, and missions mobilization among Mississippi Baptist churches and associations.

We seek a spiritually mature, missions-minded Christian leader who develops people, builds relationships, and leads organizations well. Responsibilities include missions education and engagement, strategic planning, staff leadership, budgeting and stewardship, working with the MS WMU Executive Board, oversight of Garaywa Camp & Conference Center, and partnerships with churches, associations, MBCB, national WMU, and other SBC entities.

Bachelor’s degree required. Seminary/graduate theological education strongly preferred; candidates without seminary may be considered with exceptional, substantial ministry leadership experience. Approximately 5–10 years of church, denominational, or comparable Christian ministry experience preferred.
