Associate Pastor of Youth Ministry Full Time

Your local, small-town church is looking to continue to do “big things”! In this unique position, you will be our main youth minister while also holding the title of Associate Pastor. This position was created for the person who is currently vibing with middle school & high school age students, but who could one day see themselves leading a church from a pastoral role. In this position, your main responsibilities will be to lead youth Sunday school, lead Wednesday night youth service, and promote and prepare youth events from the comfort of your Youth Minister office on campus. You will also have the privilege of working side by side with our Lead Pastor (who is a former youth minister) and given opportunities like filling the pulpit, leading Adult Bible study, and appropriate openings to learn and grow in your future ministry!
