Adult Education Minister Full Time

The Adult Education Minister provides spiritual, educational, and administrative
leadership for the church’s adult Christian education ministry. This minister develops
biblically sound opportunities that help adults understand Scripture, grow spiritually,
build meaningful Christian relationships, serve Christ, and make disciples. The
minister provides oversight for adult Sunday School, Bible studies, curriculum, teacher
development, and adult ministry programming.

Working in partnership with the Senior Pastor and church leadership, the Adult
Education Minister develops and leads a comprehensive adult education ministry that
is biblically grounded, ministry-focused, and aligned with the church’s mission, vision,
and doctrine as expressed in the Baptist Faith and Message.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and discipleship, a heart for
people, strong leadership abilities, and a desire to equip others to grow and serve.
