Worship Ministry Director Full Time

Mountain Creek Baptist Church is a growing, multigenerational church in Greenville, South Carolina, seeking a Worship Ministry Director who is passionate about the glory of God and committed to leading Christ-centered, Scripture-saturated, congregational worship.

The Worship Ministry Director will work alongside the Senior Pastor to plan and lead worship services that help the church rejoice in, remember, and proclaim the gospel through song, prayer, and Scripture. This individual will provide leadership and development for our praise team and choir, while encouraging a culture of worship that values Christ-centered, biblically faithful worship, congregational participation, and spiritual growth.

Qualified candidates should:

• Be a mature and growing follower of Jesus Christ.
• Affirm the Baptist Faith & Message 2000.
• Have experience leading worship in a local church.
• Be able to recruit, equip, and lead volunteer worship teams.
• Possess strong musical leadership skills (vocal and/or instrumental).
• Have seminary training (preferred).

The position may be structured as either full-time or part-time depending on the gifts and experience of the candidate and the needs of the church.
