We are a Southern Baptist congregation committed to glorifying God, proclaiming the Gospel, and making disciples of all generations. Our worship style blends the rich heritage of traditional hymns with the vibrancy of contemporary praise music, uniting our church family in Christ-centered worship.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Worship Leader with a deep love for God, a servant’s heart, and the ability to lead our congregation in biblically faithful, Spirit-led worship. The ideal candidate will be musically gifted, spiritually mature, and passionate about blending musical styles to foster intergenerational unity.

Responsibilities

·         Plan and lead weekly worship services in cooperation with the Senior Pastor.

·         Incorporate both hymns and contemporary songs in a seamless and meaningful way.

·         Recruit, train, and shepherd musicians, vocalists, and media volunteers.

·         Oversee sound, media, and livestream technology for worship.

·         Lead special services (Easter, Christmas, weddings, funerals, etc.).

Qualifications

·         A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a growing walk with Him.

·         Agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000.

·         Proficient in leading worship vocally and instrumentally (guitar or piano preferred).

·         Skilled in both hymnody and modern worship music.

·         Relational and able to build unity across generations.
