Associate Pastor of Students & Discipleship Full Time

Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking an Associate Pastor of Students & Discipleship to join our ministry team. We are a growing Southern Baptist church located in Cropwell, Alabama, a beautiful lake community on Logan Martin Lake, just outside of Pell City.

Our church currently averages 200–250 in weekly worship and is passionate about helping people Strengthen their Relationship with…God, His Church, and the World.  We are looking for a leader who loves students, believes deeply in discipleship, and desires to invest in the next generation while helping our church grow in spiritual maturity.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a clear and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  Feels called to ministry and is passionate about students and discipleship.  Someone who agrees with the latest revision of the Baptist Faith and Message.  This position will require someone who has strong leadership and is skilled in relationship building and communication.  Ministry experience and theological training is preferred but not required.
