WEE Center Director Full Time

New Bridge Baptist Church, a theologically conservative Southern Baptist Church, is looking for a child care director to add to its Ministry Team. The New Bridge Weekday Early Education Center (WEE Center) has been in existence for over fifty years. For most of this time, the church has been blessed with one, long-tenured director. Following her recent retirement announcement (effective in August), New Bridge has begun the search for qualified, Christian candidates. Applicants must have child care center management experience and a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education with preference given to those holding a Master’s degree. The new WEE Center Director will become part of the New Bridge Baptist Church Ministry Team, thus candidates will be thoroughly screened for theological compatibility.
