Pastor Full Time

NHBC of Oxford, NC is in a prayerful search for our next pastor. Our focus is two fold: to Love God and to Serve others. Our 23 year old gathering of Believers who: stands in Awe of God by loving us enough to give us His son for salvation; Believing the Promise of His presence, Breathing, Preserving and Producing His word to instruct and guide us. From our inception, we have embraced a simplicity in our ministry; living in humility; loving unconditionally, uninvolved politically; and striving to be kind to everyone.

We are in positioned in a significant growth corridor of Granville County, NC, just north of Durham and 15 miles below the Virginia state line. We are 20 minutes from the largest lake east of the continental divide with world-class fishing and boating. We sit on 8 acres of high visibility and owe no debt on our multi-purpose building. We are blessed.

We participate heavily with the Flat River Baptist Association local ministries; have a presence with a local Hispanic Fellowship; support traditional Mission Offerings, and utilize our denominational resources for guidance, resourcing, and information.

In our existence we have had our challenges, yet pressed on. And now, our founding pastor retired following many years as our Pastor and friend. We are excited about the next  chapter of ministry.
