New Mexico Baptist Children’s Home (NMBCH) has been on a mission to offer hope to children and families in need for over a century. We are looking for dedicated married couples and/or single women who will work as a team assigned by NMBCH staff to join us as Houseparents at our Portales, NM campus and our soon-to-open location in Estancia, NM.

 You will live in a large home on the NMBCH campus and parent up to nine resident children.

What We Offer: 

Competitive Salary: $65,000 per couple/$32.500 per individual

Requirements: 

Committed Christians: Actively involved in a Southern Baptist Church.

Team-Oriented: You will work with a team of committed staff who focus on providing a safe and loving home for our children.
