Position Overview
North Ridge Church is seeking a passionate, dependable, and Christ-centered individual to lead our RidgeKids Children’s Ministry. This individual will help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can grow in their knowledge of God’s Word, develop meaningful relationships, and build a strong foundation of faith in Jesus Christ.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the weekly operations and activities of RidgeKids.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and encourage children’s ministry volunteers.
• Coordinate biblically sound, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming ministry environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and their families.
• Communicate regularly with parents, volunteers, and church leadership.
• Plan and coordinate special children’s ministry events and outreach opportunities.
• Support the overall mission, vision, and values of North Ridge Church.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to biblical teaching.
• Has a genuine passion for children and their spiritual development.
• Possesses strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with volunteers and families.
• Previous children’s ministry or leadership experience is preferred.
• Supports the doctrine, mission, and values of North Ridge Church.
