WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* A Christ-centered leader who loves working with kids and sharing their faith.

* Someone who sees this not just as a job, but as ministry.
* 5 or more years of ministry experience required.
* 1 year of Early Childhood Education is preferred.
* Must pass a background check and be 18+.

What is an Academy Ministry Leader
The Academy Ministry Leader (AML) is a unique role in the Early Childhood Education industry and will be responsible for the spiritual outcomes of Lionheart Children’s Academy. Lionheart Children’s Academy commissions this ministerial position. The AML will develop relationships with ONE CHURCH, children, families, and staff while providing strategic ongoing spiritual oversight for the academy. The AML reports directly to the Academy Director and is part of the broader Lionheart Academy Ministry Leadership team. The AML interacts with, receives training from, and is coached by the Executive Director of Academy Ministry and the Chief Spiritual Development Officer. This position is a full time or part-time position; scheduled hours will vary in concert with other academy leaders.
