Parkland Baptist Church seeks a Lead Pastor who is strong in Bible-based teaching and articulating God’s message; he is able and willing to shepherd, work with, and love the Parkland family. The ideal candidate is friendly and approachable; he seeks to meet people where they are and disciples them to grow in Christ. Parkland’s pastor should be above reproach with strong leadership skills, able to navigate challenging situations with strength and grace. He must have a deep love and burden for people and lost souls, while seeking solid growth and maturity for Parkland Baptist Church.
