Associate/Youth Pastor Full Time

Patterson Baptist Church (PBC) is looking for a full time Associate/Youth Pastor who loves the Word of God. One who is willing to guide students through discipleship and evangelism in order to build and grow their relationship in Christ. 

Requirements:

• Candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Christian College or currently in pursuit of one (required). 
• At least 2 years of ministry experience is preferred. 
• Embodies the qualities of a faith filled leader as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9, and 1 Peter 5:1-4. 
• Ordained as a minister of the Gospel of Christ by a Southern Baptist Church. 
• Candidate must feel a call to pastoral ministry and be willing to fill the pulpit at the Pastor’s request. 
• Doctrinal position: 
  • Candidate should agree with Patterson Baptist Church’s (PBC) Doctrinal Statement and with the beliefs and practices of our church. Being a Southern Baptist Church, PBC complies with the Baptist Faith and Message and would expect the candidate to do the same.
