Family Pastor Full Time

Providence Baptist Church is seeking a Family Pastor / Director of Family Ministries to lead and support our Children (K–5) and Youth (6–12) Ministries, partnering with the Senior Pastor, ministry councils, and volunteers to disciple families and develop Christ-centered programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for Children’s and Youth Ministries
• Plan and lead youth programming, including Sunday night gatherings and summer camp
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers
• Collaborate with ministry councils on planning and budgeting
• Communicate ministry needs with church leadershi
• Promote family ministries through church social media
• Assist with pastoral care, visitations, and church leadership as needed
• Willingness to obtain a CDL to drive a church bus for ministry events

Qualifications:

• Strong personal faith and calling to family discipleship
• Experience in children’s and/or youth ministry preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and church leadership
• Bachelors Degree required; Seminary preferred
