Middle School Minister Full Time

Position: Middle School Minister (Full-Time, Salary: Competitive, + Benefits)
We envision a leader who is a shepherd of students and a developer of leaders—someone who is growing in their
call to ministry, thrives in building teams, and faithfully carries out the vision of Next Gen Ministry within the
broader mission of the church.

● Lead the Middle School Ministry, carrying out the vision and direction set by the Next Gen Pastor.
● Make intentional presence a priority where our students live, grow, and go. 
● Work with the Next Gen team to build and deliver the annual ministry calendar ensuring every activity is
done with intention to something next.
● Plan and lead vibrant student worship gatherings that are Bible-anchored, Christ-exalting, and culturally
engaging.
● Work closely with the Next Gen Pastor to recruit, onboard, and coach small-group leaders.
● Identify and disciple middle school students, giving them meaningful ownership of teams, prayer
moments, and peer mentoring.
● Build clear systems for welcoming guests, following up, and helping families get connected.
● Strengthen transitions from elementary to middle school to ensure continuity of care and discipleship.
● Plan and attend all camps, retreats, and additional activities for middle school students.

high momentum, resourceful, able to maintain physical, spiritual, emotional & relational health. Resolves conflict
in a godly & mature way. Possess enthusiastic support from his family.
