Reavisville First Baptist Church (southwest of Crane, Missouri) is prayerfully seeking a FULL‑TIME Pastor who meets the biblical qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:6–9, and who brings energy, authenticity, and a genuine fire for the Lord.

We’re a fast‑growing, family‑focused, mission‑minded country church looking for a pastor who preaches boldly, loves people deeply, and connects Scripture to real rural life.

• Preaching & Teaching: Clear, Scripture‑anchored messages — topical or expository — delivered with conviction, plain talk, and relatable stories.
• Shepherding: A pastor who shows up — in homes, hospitals, fields, and front porches.
• Evangelism & Outreach: A heart for reaching the lost and strengthening the saved.
• Relationship‑Building: Warm, down‑to‑earth fellowship with families of all ages.
• Occasional Basic Maintenance: Country church reality — sometimes ministry looks practical.
