The Executive Pastor of Operations serves as a senior leader responsible for stewarding the church’s
financial, organizational, and physical resources in a way that advances the mission of making
disciples. This role exists to implement and operationalize the vision of the Lead Pastor by ensuring the systems, resources, and environments of the church effectively support ministry. The ideal candidate is both a faithful steward and a strategic executor capable of managing complexity while maintaining alignment with the vision and direction of the church.
