Senior Pastor Full Time

Ridgeway Baptist Church in Memphis, TN is prayerfully seeking the man called by God, who is biblically grounded, experienced, and passionate to be our Senior Pastor. We are a multigenerational congregation of believers dedicated to worship, spiritual growth and spreading the love of Christ in our community and the world as stated in the Great Commission. RBC is a member of the Southern Baptist Convention and adheres to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.

Candidate should meet the biblical qualifications listed in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9 and exhibit the fruit of the Holy Spirit as found in Galatians 5:22-23:

●       Preach and teach the inerrant Word of God.

●       Provide spiritual leadership to the congregation.

●       Pursue a God given vision for the church and guide in strategic planning and vision implementation.

●       Provide leadership to ministry staff for development of their ministries.

●       Provide pastoral care, counseling, and support to church members in need.
