Bi-vocational senior pastor Part Time

Pastor Needed – Small Country Church Who We Are:

A friendly rural congregation of about 40–60 people, meeting in the farm country near North Vernon, Indiana.  We love the Lord, love each other, and love our community. Sunday worship is simple—traditional hymns, prayer, and a Bible message.
What We’re Looking For:

Someone who knows and loves Jesus and His Word. Comfortable preaching a clear, practical sermon each Sunday. Willing to visit congregation, pray with them, and be part of our small‑town life. Able to lead a mid‑week Bible study. A team‑player who works with our volunteer board and musicians. Formal seminary degree helpful but not required; experience and a caring heart matter most.

What We Can Offer:

Part‑time position (about 20 hours/week). Freedom to work a second job or raise support, if needed. Warm fellowship and a church family that will pray for you! We have room to grow and support with hope of full time in the future.
