The Shiloh Baptist Association, a network of 48 churches, seeks a Spirit-filled, creative, and experienced Associational Mission Strategist (AMS) to provide leadership and strategic direction for our congregations. Elected by the association, the AMS will assist in planning, conducting, and evaluating a comprehensive program of associational work while serving as a key resource for pastors and churches.

Qualifications:
●      Ordained minister who adheres to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000

●      Minimum of ten years of experience in Southern Baptist life

●      Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

●      A heart for strengthening churches and advancing cooperative missions

Key Responsibilities:
●      Assess and address the needs of the association and its churches

●      Serve as a supply preacher for churches in need

●      Provide counsel and guidance to pastors and churches facing challenges

●      Promote and conduct trainings, conferences, and leadership development opportunities

●      Act as the denominational point person, representing the association in broader Baptist life

This is a full-time position that requires a deep commitment to the health and growth of local churches.
