Worship and Ministry Director Full Time

Southwest Church is seeking a dedicated leader to direct our worship operations and cultivate healthy, growing ministry teams through intentional discipleship, musical excellence, and collaborative leadership.

+ Description and Overview

• Comprehensive Worship Leadership: Plan, lead, and oversee worship for Sunday mornings, mid-week gatherings, special services, and church-wide events.
• Team Shepherding & Discipleship: Recruit, train, and spiritually mentor musicians, vocalists, and technical production volunteers (audio/visual/media).
• General Ministry Support: Provide leadership, oversight, and administrative support for key church ministry initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
• Operational Alignment: Collaborate with pastoral staff to ensure worship and ministry operations align with church vision, calendar, and budgetary goal
