Music Minister Part Time

Spring Creek Baptist Church (Kentwood, LA) is looking for a part-time music minister to lead musical worship in a growing multi-generational church. We are excited about the future at Spring Creek and are looking forward to adding a new team member who is eager to grow along with us! Our ideal candidate will have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and is looking for an opportunity to gain ministerial experience by serving a church that seeks to love the community around it.

Position requirements:

·     Christian with a clear call to lead in Worship Ministry

·     Southern Baptist

·     Knowledge of reading/leading Christian music

·     Allow for versatility in music selection (Hymns, Praise, Instrumental)

·     Available for both Sunday worship services, morning and evening

·     Ability to work with members to develop a music program for all ages

·     Ability to make choir an enjoyable experience
