This role is ideal for a visionary leader who is passionate about both pastoral care and organizational excellence, ensuring the church’s mission, vision, and values are effectively upheld. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, managing church operations such as finance and facilities while also fostering professional staff development. A background in ministry is essential, and a theological degree is preferred.
