Position: Bi-vocational Pastor

We are a small Baptist church located in Newnan, GA. We have a congregation of 20-25 active members. We are seeking a dedicated pastor to help nurture and grow our church. We currently hold Sunday School services and an 11 a.m. service on Sundays and are looking to expand with a Wednesday night service.

Responsibilities:
Lead Sunday services, including delivering sermons and helping to build and counsel our Sunday school classes.
Develop and lead a Wednesday night service to foster mid-week fellowship.
Provide spiritual guidance and pastoral care to the congregation.
Engage with and support church members to encourage growth and participation.
Help create programs and activities that will help to strengthen and grow our congregation

Qualifications:
A strong commitment to the teachings and principles of the Baptist faith and core Christian values.
Experience in preaching and pastoral care.
While preference is given to familiarity with the King James Version Bible, it is not mandatory.
Ability to connect with a small congregation and inspire growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation:
Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience and the needs of the church.
