Pastor of Finance OR Chief Financial Officer Full Time

Sylvan Hills First Baptist Church is seeking a spiritually mature, mission-driven leader to serve as Pastor of Finance OR Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

This individual will provide oversight and leadership for all financial operations of the church and its ministries, including ALCA and Mother’s Day Out. Responsibilities include accounting, budgeting, payroll, reporting, compliance, audit oversight, and long-range financial planning.

The person serving in this role will be a key member of the leadership team, helping ensure that financial stewardship supports the church’s mission and ministry priorities. This position supervises two part-time assistants and the Director of MDO and collaborates closely with the pastoral staff, Head of Schools, ALCA School Board, and Stewardship Team.
