Associate Pastor (Next Gen/Music) Part Time

Tabernacle Baptist in the southeast Baltimore area has been a faithful light in the community for 75 years, and we’re looking forward to seeing what God will do in the next 75! One of our greatest needs at the moment is someone to help pastor the next generation of believers. Our church has experienced over 15% growth in 2024 vs 2023, and we want to continue to faithfully disciple and evangelize young adults and teens. If you feel called to be a part of a forward-oriented, elder-led, hopeful church, we would love if you would consider joining Tabernacle! We are working towards being able to support another full-time staff member in addition to our pastor, so we would not be asking for any more than 20 hours a week of church work (including the corporate worship service/youth group/etc).
