Senior Pastor Full Time

Temple Avenue Baptist Church, an affiliate of the Southern Baptist Convention, located in Camarillo, California, seeks a full-time Senior Pastor to lead its body of believers. The ideal man of God for this position will possess a heart for the Lord, the body of Christ and the lost in our community, guiding us in our mission to Evangelize-Equip-Edify and Encourage a lost world. He will provide spiritual leadership that includes preaching, teaching and the conducting of worship service. The Senior Pastor will join the elected church leadership in overseeing the routine operations of our debt free campus and facilities. He must meet the qualifications for an overseer specified in 1 Tim. 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9, and 1 Peter 5:1-3.
