Senior Pastor The Church at Quail Creek Full Time

The Church at Quail Creek in Amarillo, Texas, is seeking a Senior Pastor to lead our multigenerational congregation with biblical conviction, spiritual maturity, and a heart for reaching the lost. We are a welcoming church family known for strong Life Group ministry, biblical preaching, and a renewed desire to impact our community with the gospel.

QUALIFICATIONS
●      Deep, authentic walk with God; prayerful, Spirit-led, and humble

●      Models a healthy family life with integrity and teachability

●      Preferred 5–20 years of pastoral ministry experience

●      Master’s-level seminary degree preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
●      Deliver clear, engaging, Scripture-centered preaching

●      Cast compelling vision and lead collaboratively with staff, trustees, deacons, and ministry teams

●      Provide loving pastoral care and build relationships across generations

●      Champion discipleship, mentoring, and community-focused evangelism

●      Equip and empower leaders throughout the church
