Children’s Pastor/Director Full Time

The Heights Baptist Church in Chesterfield, Virginia, is seeking a passionate and relational Children’s Pastor/Director to lead a thriving ministry focused on helping children know and follow Jesus. This individual will provide spiritual leadership for children and families, develop and equip volunteer leaders, create engaging discipleship environments, and partner with parents as the primary faith trainers in the home. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, an effective leader, and a committed follower of Christ who is excited about reaching the next generation with the gospel.
