Worship Pastor Full Time

The Worship Pastor at The River Community Church provides spiritual and pastoral leadership to the congregation through biblically faithful, Christ-centered worship. Through music, prayer, Scripture, and the creative use of audio and technology, the Worship Pastor leads the church family in responding to God with genuine and authentic worship, both on and off the platform.

This role exists to glorify God by leading people into a deeper, lasting relationship with Jesus Christ and by cultivating a culture of worship that spans all generations and ministries of the church. The Worship Pastor will shepherd worship and production volunteers, oversee the worship ministry across all environments (kids, students, college, adults, and special events), and provide vision and direction for the worship and audio ministries in alignment with the mission and values of River Community Church.

The Worship Pastor is ultimately a worshiper who invites others to join him in seeking the Lord and discerning His will for the next season of ministry at The River.
