Children’s Ministry Director Part Time

Trinity Baptist Church is looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves working with children, and can bring leadership and organization to our children’s ministry. This role offers an emerging ministry leader the opportunity to lead our ministry from birth through fifth grade, develop volunteers, partner with parents, and serve alongside a supportive pastoral team.

Our goal is more than filling a calendar. We want to provide safe, engaging, and biblically faithful environments where children can know, love, trust, and follow Jesus, and learn to shine His light in their homes, church, school, and community.

The Children’s Director will provide leadership for:

• Sunday morning and Wednesday evening ministries
• Biblically faithful curriculum and age-appropriate teaching
• Volunteer recruitment, development, and scheduling
• Parent communication, VBS, seasonal events, and outreach
• Ministry connections with Trinity Christian School students and families

We are looking for a growing follower of Jesus who demonstrates Christlike character, communicates biblical truth clearly, builds healthy relationships, and leads with organization and dependability. At least two years of children’s ministry or comparable leadership experience is preferred.

Candidates must support the Baptist Faith and Message 2000, be willing to become an active member of Trinity Baptist Church, and complete all required safety qualifications.
