Worship Pastor Part Time

Walker Baptist Church, Walker, LA, is prayerfully seeking a Part-Time Worship Leader who is passionate about leading God’s people in Christ-centered, Spirit-led worship. 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead worship for Sunday and Wednesday services and occasional special events
Coordinate and rehearse with the worship team and tech volunteers
Select Christ-honoring music that aligns with our church’s mission
Work alongside the pastor and staff to plan weekly services
Encourage a culture of worship, humility, and excellence

Qualifications:

A growing relationship with Jesus Christ
Vocal and/or instrumental ability
Experience leading congregational worship preferred
Ability to work well with a team
Heart for ministry and commitment to the local church

Position Type:

Part-time
