Overview: This position reports to and works together with the Youth Pastor to lead Wednesday youth services, organize special events, provide administrative leadership, and shepherd Westside’s Youth.

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Coordinate the musical, technical, and worship leadership of Wednesday services and large-scale events.

  • Oversee all service aspects of Wednesday services in collaboration with the Youth Pastor.

  • Teach on a regular rotation in Wednesday services.

  • Manage, onboard, communicate, and care for both youth and adult Serve Teams serving in Wednesday services.

  • Work together with Youth Pastor to plan and work together with youth leaders to execute all special events for Wednesday services.

  • Oversee new student assimilation and follow-up processes alongside adult Serve Team.

  • Provide administrative leadership for Westside Youth, including but not limited to finances, calendars, communication, and attendance.

  • Work together with the Youth Pastor to plan and execute large-scale youth retreats and camps.

  • Work together with the Youth Pastor to shepherd all students within Westside Youth.

  • Work together with the Youth Pastor to effectively and regularly communicate with parents, leaders, and youth.

  • Additional duties as assigned.
