Music Minister Full Time

Westwood Baptist Church – Live Oak, Fl is seeking a full-time Minister of Music.
Sunday morning worship services. BFM 2000 church/pastor.
Qualifications: Male candidate, Character above reproach. Strong worship leader with contagious spirit and platform presence, able to draw congregation into worship through blended worship style. Experience leading and organizing adult choir, instrumentalists, and sound techs with seasonal programs/emphasis. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have a servant’s heart and be a team-player. Should also possess a demonstrable record of effectiveness and ability to minister within multi-staff environment. Compensation negotiable. Pastor and church committed to music minister and ministry having resources necessary to succeed. Willingness to lead senior adult ministry a plus.
