Student Minister Full Time

Woodlawn Baptist Church is currently seeking a full-time student minister. We are a growing congregation located in the suburbs of Charlotte, NC (Gaston County). Our growth over the past 5-7 years has seen our congregation trending towards younger families resulting in an increased number of children and students. The student minister will lead in discipling our current middle school and high school students into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. They will also have the opportunity to help develop the culture and structure of the ministry as Woodlawn continues to grow. The general responsibilities of the position are to organize and lead all middle school and high school ministry activities.
