Woodlawn Baptist Church in Conover, NC, is searching for a full time Student Pastor to serve as a part of our pastoral team.  He will help to continue the growth and the development of our student ministry by providing Christ-like leadership, Biblically faithful teaching, as well as an engaging and evangelistic ministry designed to help students become disciple-making disciples. 

The ideal candidate will have a clear sense of calling to ministry along with the appropriate education and experience to lead in a mid-size church with an average Sunday worship attendance of 400.  The Student Pastor must be in agreement theologically with the Baptist Faith and Message, 2000.  Equally important, he should demonstrate a passion for engaging students and their families with the Gospel.  In like manner, there should be a contagious enthusiasm for God, His Word, students, and their families.  Additionally, the Student Pastor should exhibit the willingness and creativity to engage and inspire students, and their families to follow Christ passionately.
