Youth and Family Minister Full Time

The Youth and Family Minister will lead engaging, Bible-based lessons and weekly gatherings for middle and high school students, fostering spiritual growth and discipleship. He will recruit, equip, and mentor volunteers while actively building relationships with students through church, school, and community involvement. The Youth and Family Minister will assist the Senior Pastor in outreach and visitation, building connections with families and youth while fostering a welcoming, Christ-centered culture of growth and invitation. At the same time, the Youth and Family Minister will partner with others to host family events (e.g., VBS, Easter Egg Hunt, Heavenly Harvest). The Youth and Family Minister will support the children’s ministry volunteers overseeing the curriculum. Ongoing personal and professional development through ministry training and conferences is also expected.
