By submitting a job listing to SBC Jobs, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. SBC Jobs reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Purpose of SBC Jobs

SBC Jobs exists to connect churches and ministry organizations with individuals seeking ministry opportunities. Listings should reflect positions that support the mission of local churches and ministry organizations.

3. Job Listing Eligibility

Organizations submitting job listings must represent legitimate churches, ministries, or organizations seeking to hire individuals for ministry-related roles. SBC Jobs reserves the right to reject or remove any listing that does not align with the purpose of the platform.

4. Alignment with SBC Values

SBC Jobs serves churches and ministry organizations connected to the Southern Baptist Convention. SBC Jobs reserves the right to decline or remove any job listing that is inconsistent with the mission, beliefs, or cooperative work of the Southern Baptist Convention.

5. Content Responsibility

Organizations submitting listings are responsible for ensuring that all job descriptions, qualifications, and contact information are accurate and truthful. SBC Jobs does not verify the accuracy of job listings and is not responsible for any disputes between employers and applicants.

6. Payment for Listings

Job listings may require payment at the time of submission. Payment grants the organization the right to display the listing for the selected listing duration.

All payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. SBC Jobs does not store or process credit card information directly.

7. Listing Duration

Job listings remain active for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Once the listing period expires, the listing will automatically be removed or archived unless renewed.

8. Refund Policy

Fees paid for job listings are generally non-refundable. However, SBC Jobs may, at its discretion, issue refunds in cases of technical error, duplicate payment, or other exceptional circumstances.

9. Listing Approval and Removal

SBC Jobs reserves the right to review, approve, edit, or remove job listings at its sole discretion. Listings may be rejected or removed if they:

  • Contain misleading or inaccurate information
  • Are unrelated to ministry employment
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Are inconsistent with the mission or purpose of the platform

10. User Conduct

Users agree not to submit spam, fraudulent postings, or content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

11. Limitation of Liability

SBC Jobs serves as a platform connecting employers and job seekers. SBC Jobs is not involved in the hiring process and is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or agreements between employers and applicants.

12. Privacy

Information submitted through job listings may be visible to the public and used by job seekers to contact the organization. SBC Jobs handles information according to its Privacy Policy.
